First Ever Disabled Hockey Coaching Clinic

ahaienews usah logoA Disabled CEP will be offered for the first time in Chicago on Saturday, November 1, 2014. If you are a Coach or a Junior Coach of any Special Needs or Sled Programs you are not only eligible, but highly encouraged to attend this FREE Clinic!  You must currently be registered with a Disabled Hockey Program to participate. You can use this Clinic to move to the next certification levels 1 to 3. The Disabled CEP clinic will feature Central District USA Hockey Coach-in-Chief – Doug Deitz and is hosted by the Chicago Blackhawk Special Hockey Coaches.

 

Any coach without any CEP certification will obtain a CEP Level 1

Any coach with a CEP Level 1 certification will obtain a CEP Level 2

Any coach with a CEP Level 2 certification will obtain a CEP Level 3

This clinic does not satisfy requirements for a CEP Level 3 re-certification

This clinic does not satisfy requirements for a CEP Level 4 certification

Time

Classroom time from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Arrive 30-45 minutes early to check in) Lunch will be served and an instructional on-ice-time at Glen Ellyn Center Ice from 1:20 PM to 2:20 PM will follow.  Going on the ice will be optional. If you choose to go on ice, please provide your own equipment.
