NIU Forward, Max Finley, Selected to Represent USA at 2015 Winter Deaf Olympics

10700573_10205343089606408_7330094579644453381_oNIU Hockey is proud to announce that D2 forward Max Finley has been selected to represent the USA in Men’s Ice Hockey for the 2015 Winter Deaf Olympics. The 2015 Winter Deaf Olympics will be held February 27th – March 7th in Khanty-Mansiysk, Russia. This will be Max’s 2nd time representing the USA. The 1st time was at the 2013 World Championships. Prior to starting training camp this season for NIU, Max was part of a week-long tryout process in Buffalo, New York in which he played in two exhibition games vs Canada. Max was able to stand out and earn himself a roster spot to represent his country.
