(DECATUR, ILLINOIS) – 75 players from the Decatur Youth Hockey Association’s (DYHA) alumni community, representing 13 different states, will once again be lacing up their skates for a friendly competition with pride on the line! The goal? Raise $20,000 to support the American Cancer Society.
On Saturday, Nov. 26 at 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., players will take to the ice at the Decatur Civic Center. Food, beverages (including alcohol) will be sold during the games and fans will have the opportunity to bid on a variety of auction items – including tickets to St. Louis Blues, Chicago Blackhawks and St. Louis Cardinals games, autographed Jonathan Toews and Vladimir Tarasenko autographed jerseys, and other NHL-provided items.
Admittance to the events is a minimum $5.00 donation or an unwrapped toy.
