Congratulations to the 68 young women from Illinois invited to attend the 2017 Girls Central District Player Development Camp! Click HERE for complete list by birth year.

Dear Parents and Players:

Please click HERE for the Girls Central District Player Development Camp Schedule (Sunday, June 18 – Friday, June 23, 2017).

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: This daily schedule is subject to change; the final schedule will be emailed to you the week of June 4th with the team rosters.

Please do not request to be on a specific team. There are 136 players attending this camp, and if I take one request, in all fairness, I have to honor all requests, and that is not going to happen!

The camp starts on Sunday, June 18th and concludes on Friday, June 23rd. Please do not ask to leave this camp on a Wednesday or Thursday so that a player may attend a tournament over the weekend. There were over 384 players that wanted an invite to this camp and if you cannot attend the entire camp, then say so now, so a replacement can be found. Last year a number of players asked for this and it is not fair to the team that you have been with during the camp to “ditch” them on Friday for another Showcase, that I can guarantee you some of the coaching staff will also be attending, but are not leaving early.

As you can see check in at the hotel is scheduled to start at 3:30pm, last year by 2:00pm we had over 100 players in the lobby. We are guests at this hotel, along with other customers and to show up this early and block the lobby is not acceptable. This will be explained again in the email you will receive the week of June 4.

At this time if you drop from the camp there will be NO Refunds, unless I have a valid excuse from a doctor.

If you have any questions and/or concerns, feel free to email or call me.

Regards,

Mary Ann Robinson
