Chicago Steel Advance to USHL’s Clark Cup Final; Introduces “Our Gift to Hockey”

The Chicago Steel have advanced to the USHL’s Clark Cup Final for the second time in franchise history and the team wants to share in the excitement with the next generation of junior hockey stars. The Steel have introduced “Our Gift to Hockey,” which offers a complimentary ticket for Illinois youth hockey players and one accompanying adult to either Game 3 (Friday, May 17) or 4 (Saturday, May 18) of the Clark Cup Final at Fox Valley Ice Arena in Geneva.

Clark Cup Final Home Games (Best-of-Five Series)

Game 3: Sioux Falls at Chicago – Friday, May 17 at 7:05 p.m. (Fox Valley Ice Arena)

Game 4*: Sioux Falls at Chicago – Saturday, May 18 at 7:05 p.m. (Fox Valley Ice Arena)

Youth hockey players should click HERE to request their complimentary tickets to their choice of game. Each player will be asked to enter his or her USA Hockey number to receive the complimentary ticket(s). Additional tickets are available for purchase for just $10. Quantities are limited and tickets will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. Tickets requested on the day of a game are not guaranteed to be processed.

“This is an opportunity for us to celebrate our sport with the next generation of players and a fanbase that has been instrumental in our success,” said Steel President Dan Lehv.  “We’ve been fortunate to develop wonderful relationships with youth hockey teams, associations and governing bodies, and to have the chance to share our success and welcome hockey families from our area to cheer us on during the Clark Cup Final is way for us to say thank you.”
