Wheaton West Donates over $3000 in Presents to Ronald McDonald House of Winfield

Wheaton West Hockey Club partnered with the Ronald McDonald House (RMH) of Winfield again in 2019. The players presented the RMH with over $3,000 in presents from donations they received from family, friends, and neighbors. RMH officials stated that Wheaton West has donated over $6,000 in gifts over the past two years.

The gifts that the players bought will be available to families who use the RMH while their loved ones are being treated for brain cancer through Central DuPage Hospital. Donations for the RMH are accepted throughout the year. Families can also use the impressive kitchen to prepare dinners or desserts for families using the rooms at the RMH.

Illinois West is proud of the Wheaton West players as they brightened the holidays for many families that are going through difficult times in their lives.
